Telling the stories of human connection and worldwide gathering.

Why?

Creating a Human Connection Open Dataset for the Purpose of Bringing People Together Around Events That We All Share. It is somewhat a creative extension of the “Sense You All” AV Human Storytelling project, aimed at capturing the shared experiences of people around the world.

We All Gathered Across the World for the Aurora 2024 Event and There Was Wonderful Media: During the Aurora 2024 event, people from all over the world captured amazing photos and shared their experiences.
The Goal of Connected Hearts is to Capture These Events in Text and Images from Across the World: The aim is to compile these shared moments in both text and image formats.
Ultimately, I Hope to See It Used to Create Art from the Text and the Images When the Datasets Go onto Hugging Face: The final goal is to upload these datasets to Hugging Face, allowing artists and developers to create art from this data.
People Should Try It Out and See If It Breaks, and If Developers Want to Contribute, Message Me: I encourage everyone to test the project and, if interested, developers can reach out to contribute.

Technical Details

Here’s how we’re building Connected Hearts:

MongoDB for the Text: Text data is stored in MongoDB.
Google Cloud Storage for the Images: Images are stored in Google Cloud Storage.
Very Basic at This Stage: The current setup is quite simple.
Open Data/Open Source: The project is open and focuses on human connection.

Next Stage of the Journey

Looking ahead, here are the next steps for Connected Hearts:

World Map with People’s Locations: Create an interactive world map showing where the contributions are coming from.
Gallery: Develop a gallery to showcase the collected media.
Collect Data into Datasets: Organize the collected data into well-structured datasets.
Machine Learning Models Using the Text or the Images: Use machine learning to analyze and create new insights from the data.
Continue to Expand the Concept: Keep growing and evolving the project.
